How do you make a Rookie Magic from Red Robin?

What are the ingdredients and what flavor and brand of ice cream do I use? And can I makr it in a blender or do I need a machine to blend shakes?

Rookie Magic
2 crushed Oreo cookies
2 ounces milk (About 1/4 cup)
1 ounce Hershey's chocolate syrup (about two Tablespoons)
14 ounces ice cream (About 1.75 cups)

Blend and then transfer to glass.
Top with whipped cream. rainbow sprinkles, and an Oreo on top with a straw!
