There is not really a faster way to download it. The download speed depends on how many seeders are attached to that file. The more there are the faster it will download. It is also a good way to see if there are viruses in the file. The less seeders means that there is a bigger chance to get a virus.

you cant really do anything if you have a bad connection or a low number of seeds, but whenever i download i do 3 things to improve speed
right click on the torrent itself and change bandwidth allocation to high, and set "Force Start"
i also select all the files in the torrent and right click and set them to "High Priority"
