...Falls, I heard you can meet her? I saw on Bulbapedia (a pokemon encyclopaedia) that all champions from all regions (Cynthia, Lance, Steven and Blue, excluding Wallace) can be found at some point in pokemon Heartgold and Soulsilver. I have already met Lance (obviously, he's the champion),Steven and Blue. On Bulbapedia it said Cynthia is found in Tohjo Falls. I can't find her!? I found a secret cave behind one of the waterfalls that has a radio in it that 'no longer works'. Maybe it has something to do with that? I really want to know. By the way, when I do meet Cynthia, what event content happens with her? (Example: Battle her, she gives me a pokemon etc). Thanks for your help folks!
