how do you open the back window of a 2000 ford explorer?

Recently my back window popped out sort of on my 2000 ford explorer. After examining it I realized that the window flips up. (had this car for two years now......) However I cannot for the life of me figure out how to flip this window up. Now when I say window, I mean window. I don't mean the entire back lift gate. I mean the window itself. Meaning that the back door or lift gate remains closed but I am still able to have access to the back cargo area. Thank you.
