How do you program the RC64 Directv remote to individually control 2 receivers?

We got a new tv & had to reprogram the remote to work with the new tv. Before we had the remote individually controlling a HD DVR & a HD receiver. Now when the remote is in Directv mode, it controls both boxes instead of 1.
