How do you put an internet citation into your paper?

I have the bibliography part but I don't know how to put it in the parentheses like you would for an author. i.e. (dickens, 99).
Please, help!
 
google the "citation machine" i helped me through most of my papers in school! you just type in your info and it generates the citation for you, then just copy and paste into your document!

Example:
