How do you put ringtones into a Samsung Sway by using a Micro SD card?

I have a Samsung Sway and I can't get any ringtones or sounds unless I wirelessly transfer them. Evidently, that's a problem because Verizon charges everything. Is there a way for me to get ringtones by using a mirco SD card? I don't want to buy anything or do anything wirelessly. Sorry for being picky but these are really the only ways I can do it. I know you can download MIDI and QCEP (or whatever) media files. Anything else?
