i love exercising and would love to lose more weight. i just dont know why, but i keep on forgetting my goals and then lose my motivation to keep going - this seems to happen to me all the time. i just dont know why. what am i doing wrong? what do you do to keep on track? even when you feel tempted and give in how do you recover and keep going?
