How do you remove the rear bumper on a 2008 Vauxhall / Opel Combo Van?

Im looking to install parking sensors, but i can't fathom how you remove the bumper... any help gratefully received!
 
I wouldn't bother removing it: Once you've drilled it to fit the sensors, just poke them through & pick up the wires in front of the bumper. You can then run the wiring either under or through the van from there.
