I read the troubleshooting article on how to access the "whose viewed me" feature and i have also emailed customer service but they still are not helping. What exactly do i have to click on to see which matches have viewed my profile? Also, if a match tries to initiate conversation with me, how will i be notified and where on my homepage will it show up? Please help.. i hate to pay so much money for something i cant use to its potential. Thank you!
