how do you set a ringtone for the sony ericsson xperia play phone?

my mom bought me this phone today for my birthday and i love it, but i've never had a phone like this. I already have ringtones and everything but, i really wanna know how do i set one of my ringtones as a text tone. everytime my best friend texts me i get a creepy sound and it's kind of annoying.
