When you feel your eyes drooping, seize the moment and drop yourself off to sleep!

Also, set your alarm for the same time each morning, but only sleep when you're tired at night. Give it a couple of weeks and you'll end up with a lovely sleep cycle!

OH! And make sure you actually get up when your alarm goes off instead of hitting the snooze.

Lol, I think analysing the body language of someone who is asleep and then saying it describes their personality is such crap.

It depends which they find comfortable to sleep in, and depends on how many pillows there are, even. Argh!

For me it's fetus mainly, followed by free fall, occasionally yearner and then maybe star fish. : very rarely soldier or log. That sentence out of context must look VERY strange.

Foetal usually, although sometimes a sort of John Travolta/starfish cross. Doing the night fever pose on my back. If I'm sleeping with a boyfriend, I sleep with my head resting on his armpit and my arm and leg across his body, like

If you're active all day, even just walking around and going from place to place you should easily fall asleep at night.

I'm a mix of almost all of those, I've made my own position up Sometimes the Yearner (aka waking up with a paralysed arm or the Starfish after sitting on the computer)

seriously, usually on my front or side (never back for some reason :S)

and i spread myself out on the bed if im hot and in the corner huddled if im cold
