How do you stop the ladying saying "call from ____" everytime I get a call on the...

...Motorola Rival? I just got the Motorola Rival and everytime I get a call before the ringtone a lady says "call from ____". Also last night when I plugged my phone into the charger the same voice came on again and said "battery 75% full" twice in like ten minutes. I tryed looking in the settings and stuff but I can't find anything. Anyone know what to do?
 
i had that phone... u have a setting probally under security where it reads out notifications just have to turn that off
 
you go to sound settings and go to ringtone settings and chose ring only instead of having it read out
