Yep, and if the US taxpayer would stop funding terrorist actions by states like Israel which it supplies 3B a year in military goodies, there might be less chaos in the middle East. The IRA which was a terrorist organization ( at least its military wing was) never threatened the sovereignty of any state. State power is taken by mass movements, military coup or invasions. Whether you call this "terrorist" or not depends on your political bias and how glamorized you are by this overworked word of the double talk lexicon.
