How do you transfer pictures off of a MOTORIZR Z6tv to a PC?

I have a MOTORIZR Z6tv and it's card is full. I'm trying to remove pictures from my phone to the PC, but I can't find any place that would show me how to do it? I try using Motorola Phone Tools, but there is no directory on the phone the program can determine. Does anyone know how to transfer stuff from the phone onto the PC? I have a USB cable.
