how do you travel from city to city (Florence to San Gimignano) in Assasins Creed 2?

i just assasinated the fat guy that betrayed his family/got them killed, i can also now morph into crowds. I'm stuck because now i dont know what to do, how do i get past this level? what do i have to do before i can leave florence to get to another city/level!?
 
Just follow your map. Look for the diamond with an exclamation mark. If its right on top of a symbol that leads to another city, then look for some stables. Stables cost a couple hundred florins but they teleport (lol) you to other cities.
