I have downloaded some MPEG2 format files from archive.org and would like to be able to convert them into a file structure (with VIDEO_TS and IFO, VOB & BUP files) that I can burn to a DVD-R and watch on a standard DVD player. Is there an easy way to do this yourself? If not is there any good free software available that can?
