How do you upload videos onto a computer from a Nokia E71 series phone?

I have some videos I would like to upload from my Nokia E71 phone, but I just cannot figure it out for some reason. It has a usb cord, but whenever I hook it up, it won't even show my videos. I can't send them to myself in an e-mail, because the file is always too big, Does anyone know how to get videos from this kind of phone on the computer? Thanks!
