how do you use WAP on a cellphone?

im trying to get this wallpaper on my phone from this website http://www.cellphone-wallpapers.net/wallpapers/Abstract/12 it says WAP CODE 701928 and then a wap address how do you do this? i have a nokia 6550 unlimited texting, internet use and calls.
