How do you walk up to girls and talk to them?

i need help on this im pretty shy except when in a group of people and i suck at talking to girls :p please and i also have pretty bad self esteem i hate my looks i think im so ugly heres some pics

i couldnt get your links to work but the easiest way to talk to a girl is to go up tp her and give her a compliment. nothing cheesy or ridiculous just something like "i know we dont know eachother, but wow your stunning" or something like that. that will get the conversation going then just ask questions and see if she is interested
