How does anyone afford vacations?

There are Olivia cruises for lesbians and a lot of gay friendly vacations. I don't know how anyone can afford to do this? I desperately want to go on vacation with my gf. I know some people are comfortable but I'm more of a pay my bills and have just a little bit of money left over. Do you save for a couple of years or what?
Um duh some people have money! I guess I should have asked more specifically...does anyone know of any plans or programs that are less expensive or that have payment plans?
 
Or they can just charge it.

But please don't get yourself into debt this way. It's not worth it. Save up for the cruise and try to find cruise wholesalers.
 
I went to London last year, and the only reason I got to go was I bugeted a certin amount of money and saved for it.

other than that they have money.
