ive got this Automatic Voltage Regulator, and we sometimes have split second power outages over here, if this occurs the AVR just also goes off and on for a split second, but with longer power outage its delaying for a few minutes and then goes back on which sounds to me how its supposed to work.
Does it supposed to react to split second power outage like this? or is it not working properly?
