How does one convert to Judaism?

I know riches abound plenty both materially and spiritually for those of the Jewish faith. I hear power and influence, among other things, are also rewards. So Christians, please do not take this offensively. I am retired of Jesus.
Is there anything wrong seekiing after with spiritual riches? And that is "retired" not "tired."
