today i was helping my dad change a flat and i was cranking to jack and like everything was full of rust but if rust forms from like rain and stuff but the rain cant get under the car like that then how is their rust
First off, yes, rain does get under the car. When you drive, water is splattered off the tires, and up onto the undercarriage. Second, rust is just a chemical interraction between oxygen and iron, water just speeds this interraction up.
