What I usually eat. Will this help me maintain?
(Last week I gained 200g by eatting 2000- 2100 calorie's.
And i'm wondering if anything is NOT healthy or if I need to add another food group/ exclude.)
Breakfast:
- 1 cup GO LEAN Kashi cearel
- 1/2 cup of lowfat soymilk
- 1 package of mini raisins
Snack:
- 1 medium- large yellow apple
- 1 235mL nutritional supplement shake of "Ensure" (250 calories)
Lunch:
- 2 slices of 100% thick brown wheat bread
- 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices ham
- Lettuce, 3-4 tbsp mustard, 2 tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper
( On the sandwhich^)
- 1 bag of baked chips (dorito's or i'll have veggie chips)
Dinner:
- 1 white skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup of whole grain bean rice
- 1 cup soymilk
- 3/4 cup of veggie's
Snack:
- 1 biobest yogurt container
- 1 kashi dark chocolate& cherrie granola bar
= all together it is around 1800- 1850 calorie's.
Will I gain weight with this, (I gained 200g last week eating 2000- 2100 calories per day)
I do just the dailey exercize of like:
- walking to school/ back (3-5 minutes walk)
- 100 crunches
- 50-60 reverse crunches
- 20 elbows to knees crunches
- and just the dailey walking upstairs around school, etc...
