might be an obvious question but i just created a twitter account today.
the first person im following is Lady Gaga, lol. when she posts something to I reply (and if i do does she definetly receive it?) or do I retweet or mention her in my status. lol im so new to this..
o yeah and if im not following someone, can they still receive a message i sent them. like if i see their status update and i click reply (i think that's how i send the message) then can they still see it even if im not following?
ex. i clicked on jessica albas profile, and just told her basic fan thins like i think shes pretty and stuff.
except i forgot to click follow and i just clicked reply and typed my message then clicked send.
like do i click retweet, @mentions, or reply if i want someone to see a message i send to them?
