How dou you get tuner and muscle car champion in Midnight Club LA for the 360?

I already beat the luxury, exotic, & motorcycle champion. All of my car levels for the tuner and muscle car are level 5 with widebody kits. I also got unlimited money. What do I need to do to unlock those races.
