how easy is it to switch internet hosts? website design, domain names, content etc?

I set up a website around 2 years ago using yahoo sitebuilder.

It was very easy to do and was an all-in-one package.

I pay around 7 pounds a month but have considered switching.

My concern is how easy/hard will this be?

My questions..

1) Will all the content be trasnferred across
2) can i keep the website address eg - www."mywebsite".com
3) because i used sitebuilder will that make it harder to update?
