...a stem cell...? And then making it into an egg cell that can be fertilized by another sperm so that two homosexual men could make a child that would have both of their genes? How many decades or centuries are we talking?
 
One of the main problems will be that the chromosomes are imprinted (accidental fertilization of an enucleated ovum with two sperm cells leads to a teratoma, not a fetus). Otherwise it would be feasible to take an ovum and just inject one sperm from each partner.
