how fit do you need to be to play baseball?

im 15 and did play baseball when i turned 8 till i was 12 then quit and now im out of shape and wanna get back in to it how fit do i need to be to play Again

Well it depends on your position, pitchers need good arm strength but don't need to be slim, infielders need good reaction and decent arm strength, outfielders need all the above, with alot of speed. But every position requires durability. You have to be able to play game after game
