judaism thinks? i am just curious how fussy is judaism on spiritual cleanliness and the idea of what you do and eat etc affects you and how clean or unclean you are, i am just curious as to whether this could explain why shellfish is banned as they are scavengers and eat anything rather than other animals and plants.
my 2nd question is can ordinary people change the history of judaism and the way it thinks,i e if i had an idea as to what i thought of something how it should be, could i influence the way other jews think and behave or would i need to be someone like a rabbi to have the necessary influence which only comes after years of practice
