How good is the riding of SUZUKI DR650?

I am looking for an overall of 1 to 10 from people who own one.
My main use is touring in the city with wheelies etc, how good is this bike for this out of 1 to 10?
Highways which is the second main use for me out of 1 to 10?
Off-road driving out of 1 to 10?
I am curious about how good this bike can function on the different speeds on this three different situations i have mentioned above.
 
my mates got a dr 650 we go boggin (green laneing) and been over to the isle of man off roading, the bike pulls like a tank never fails him and an electric leg whitch comes in very handy, it is a heavey low bike though so because of the size id give it a 9
