How hard is getting a job on a cruise ship?

Im interested in traveling but also having a hard time getting a job..also Im young & would like to save up for college..how hard would it be to land a job on a cruise ship? I'd be willing to do anything also would be willing to train for whatever the position maybe..also what types of things do they consider? an what are somethings that they definately do no consider?
