How hard is it to change from an exsisting family phone plan on T-Mobile?

Well for any contract cancellation you'll be charged an Early Termination Fee, somewhere in the range of $200-$400 (depending on the plan and number of lines on the plan). You just notify T-Mobile (probably best face to face, however they might try to suck you into more charges so be careful). Then onto a new plan! That simple (at least from my experiences).
 
Our family has 3 people in a T-Mobile family plan and I really hate it. My two year plan is over, but my sisters goes to June ( we all started at different times). What is the process to switch and how much will it cost?
Also, is it possible just to keep my sister on T-Mobile until her contract is up and then switch to Verizon?
