How hard is it to join the Royal Australian Navy?

Currently doing Year 11, always dreamed of joining the Navy, just not sure how hard it is to join, what type of marks I can expect to need to be able to join, do they recruit any average person or is it really competitve and difficult ect. If anyone has any advice or knowledge about the Royal Australian Navy then please reply, thanks
