My car recently had the check engine light come on and I took it to Auto Zone to get the code read. I believe it was P0426? and the guy recommended a fuel injector cleaner (which I have already done) or replacing the rear Oxygen sensor. How hard is it to do this repair and is this really the possible problem? thanks to everyone in advance!

It's not hard, autozone will rent you the socket & I believe they can show you a diagram of where it is. you will need to get it high enough off the ground to access the exhaust just in front of the cat. converter.
If you can do that you should be able to do it yourself

Oxygen sensor repair can be done at home, but it is best if you can get the car up on the lift. You will need a special socket to remove it which might be able to be rented. Bottom line, even I would take it into a shop to have done, as I do not have a lift at my motorcycle shop to gain access to the exhaust system and don't want to invest in the socket needed to pull the old one out an install the new one.
