How hard would it be to convert my 1975 GMC truck to a 4x4?

I have a 1975 GMC truck, currently two wheel drive sadly. I can get a frame with the from axel and rear. I know i would have to buy a transfer case for this convert.
What else would i need? I have a 4 speed tranny running a 350 engine. Would i need a new tranny?
Any new parts? Or is it pretty simple swap?
 
A standard muncie 4 speed transmission should mate with the chevy np205 trnsfer case no problem. Check for required tranny support crossmembers and tailshaft length on your transmission as this could dictate whether your driveshafts will fit. Dont forget that youll have to cut a hol in the floor pan of your cab to accomodate the transfer case shifter.
