How healthy have I eaten today so far :D?

BREAKFAST: bowl of fruit ( watermelon, and cantaloupe ) And one supplement fiber chewable tablet
Multi vitamin pill And a glass of water


LUNCH: BBQ chicken teriaki -cooked at home (150 calories per serving)


SNACKS: banana, another piece of fruit, and a glass of orange juice, slice of wheat bread with garlic (and a glass of milk)


DINNER: Haven't had dinner yet --but going to have some chicken breast with BBQ saws, and a glass of milk

I'm thirteen by the way, if that makes a difference about how much I eat.
