...just want to gain muscle (not lose fat)? I'm going to start the P90X workout plan in a week or two. I think it comes with a specific diet to follow (correct me if I'm wrong), but it seems to me like that is mostly for losing fat. I have a very high metabolism and have very little fat, so I'm just doing this to get more muscle. Is it really important that I follow their nutrition plan?

Would anyone like to actually answer my question directly? Someone who knows a thing or two about fitness and health?
