Trying to flash phone and was told I have the error

For one, I dont know if they meant on my sprint diamond or on the comp itself..
Two, I already tried to install it on the comp and I clearly dont know what Im doin..(icons all over my desktop) lol

and the code meant Update Utility cannot connect. Trust me, its not the cable.
