I have been using snuff for about a week, and have decided that it's not something I want in my life. I have thought about replacing it with nicotine gum. However, I am confused as to how nicotine gum is any healthier than snuff (other than that it has less nicotine than snuff does).
Thanks Andre. You're right, I should just give it up. I am a bit addicted though because I smoked for about a month before I used snuff. Still, I'll give it a shot, going cold turkey. --Lots of working out and eating healthy snack foods.
