How is the Samsung Propel?

I'm looking into getting a new phone and was offered the Samsung Propel for an incredibly cheap price, but I don't know much about the phone itself. Would anyone who once owned it, or still does, tell me what you think about it? What are the pros and cons?

I've had really bad luck with phones so I would appreciate anything you can tell me!
