the author? My girl friend is filing a harassment case against her ex-husband. Amongst other things he sent a lot of abusive texts in september, these texts have now been deleted. I have heard that mobile operators in the UK keep a copy of every text for 18 months? Is this true and if so then should her texts be available to her under section 3 of the data protection act?
