Hey guys i have a 500gb western digital internal hardrive which is empty but totally filled with bad sectors......i founded out that chkdsk/r command recovers the bad sectors...so i carried it up but it's taking a huge amount of time, it's been 24 hours but still on 12% which is really annoying....so guys do anyone have a better method to recover the bad sectors and how long this chkdsk/r command would last(any idea)...any help will be appreciated...thanku
