I am thinking of beginning a water fast.
In the past this has helped unfog my mind, things are getting stressful and emotional eating has been flaring up.
My issue at the moment is that i have a lot of work i need to concentrate on and hunger is soo off putting! I just cannot concentrate.
How long will it take for me to loose my appetite?
In the past I think after about day 3 it starts to get easier, but how long till it goes?
