How long does it take for Samsung Service Centre Singapore to fix my Galaxy S2?

Hardware (PDA) problem.? My Galaxy S2 suddenly wouldnt start so I sent it to the Samsung Service Centre for repairs. Its been almost a month now and I am not getting any updates from them about the status of my phone. How long does it usually take them to repair my phone? Thanks.
