how long does it take to develope a unique singing style?

ive been practicing a lot over the past few months, learning how to sing, and i think ive finally learned the basics. how to properly use my voice and breathing etc

but most famous singers have this unique style, greenday for example got this stuffy nose sound to it, britney spears, linkin park, pink etc you hear a song and immediately recognizes the very unique sound of their singing style

but how long does it take to find a style and develope it to perfection
 
there's no set time that it takes to develop a "perfect, unique" voice.

Truth is, there's always something that can be improved(:


So it all depends on how unique i guess. lol
and that too depends on your current skill level and your dedication and your time that your willing to dedicate!


I'm sure it'll be worth it(:
