Last Friday I started a new diet, I only eat foods with a low G.I. (Glycaemic Index).
I have also been doing at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise on the exercise bike daily. It has nearly been a whole week and I am proud to say I have stuck to my new lifestyle and am feeling great.
My question is, how long does it take to start noticing big changes in weight loss? I am a 21yo female weighing around 54kg if that helps (my bathroom scales haven't been used in a long time so not sure how acurate this is).
