how long does shipping a phone from t-mobile take to Atlanta, Georgia!?!?

i ordered a phone form t-mobile.com on Monday January 14 and today is the 24th and it still hasn't come WHY tell me.
i called t-mobile customer care and they said they were not allowed to discuss the information with me. and i did not have the order #
