I was in a 2 year long relationship were we had sex regularly and lasting 5 to 10 min was usually no problem, sometimes i could last for like half an hour. Since we have broken up i have had sex with 2 different girls and i have trouble lasting even 5 min. Even masturbatingis considerably faster. Why is this and how do i get my stamina back??
